Whether placed in a production line or used in a
prototype lab, the APT-9411 easily adapts to both the OEM and CM environments
while providing years of peak performance and reliable operation.
- Four high speed independently moving topside probes
- Two Fixed Probes - bottom side (standard)
-
Two IC Opens - topside probes (standard)
-
Takaya Vision Test System (TOS-4 or TOS-41) standard
- Test speeds of up to .03 seconds per step (standard machine)
- Quiet operation
If you desire more advanced testing, several options are available which will
enhance the overall effectiveness of the Takaya.
- IC Opens Test System for bottom side
- Extension Scanner Board for additional bottom side probes
- Programmable DC Power Supply Board (for power up testing)
- And more...
In keeping with their reputation for quality, Takaya uses only the most
reliable ball screw and slide rail mechanisms which have been designed for
accuracy, stability and durability. This attention to detail is a major factor
leading to the system's superior positioning performance.
- Positioning X,Y Repeatability of +/-
35 um or less
- Positioning Resolution of X,Y
axis 1.25 um (0.05mil) - Z axis 50um (2 mil) approx.
- Minimum probe contact pitch 0.2mm ((8 mils)
- Granite base reduces vibration thereby providing increased accuracy
The user friendly Windows 2000 or Windows XP based
software was designed with the user in
mind, so that even a relatively inexperienced person can quickly learn how to
operate the tester.
- Sophisticated display and advanced edit and debug functions
- Review and adjust test steps quickly and easily
- Full networking capabilities
- Multi-level password protection
Using the latest Cognex image processing technology, the optical recognition
system provides test coverage for components that cannot be measured in-circuit.
The vision system gives you the ability to detect:
- Backwards tantalum capacitors
- Mis-placed components
- Part numbers
- And more...
