Dear Takaya Customers,

All software licenses and related updates to operate Takaya APT flying probe testers are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Title and all proprietary rights to the software and all copies shall remain with TEXMAC Inc. In the event that a Takaya flying probe tester on which the software is licensed is transferred to a third party, you must first remove the software from the tester and return it to TEXMAC Inc. Likewise, if you have recently purchased one or more Takaya APT flying probe testers through a third party, you must also purchase the operating software from TEXMAC Inc. for each tester, as any pre-installed software on the tester is invalid and illegal to use under the related US intellectual property laws. We will be very happy to provide you with our software license. (Our List Price is US$30,000.- per machine upon signing the License Agreement attached hereto.
