Defect
Detection Levels
|
| Three sets of
powerful detection algorithms are provided, each operating
at four different levels. One set of algorithms is specialized
towards fine defects like streaks, another algorithm is specialized
towards low contrast variations like scumming and the last
one is specifically for spots and foreign matter. Each
algorithm operates at four levels, Fatal , Large, Medium,
and Small. Each level can be assigned to outputs like
alarms, real time and delayed outputs, print reports etc.
so that the system behavior is fully in tune with control
and reporting requirements of the application. |
