Hooptech Clamping Systems
 
 
  The ICTCS 1 is a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows.

The ICTCS fits on your embroidery machine the same as a plastic hoop.  Once installed, all you do is open the clamping window by rotating the handle down. Insert what you want to sew and release the clamp.  

The ICTCS 1 is ideal for smaller embroidery designs. The smaller windows fit into the pockets of tote bags, computer cases and back packs. The (3) specially designed cap windows allow for sewing on the sides and back of caps.

The ICTCS 2 is the larger version of a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows.

The ICTCS 2  fits on your embroidery machine "tubular" the same as a plastic hoop.  The larger format chassis accepts window sizes from 5"x 5" square to 7.5"x 6".  Once installed, all you do is open the clamping window by rotating the handle down, insert your product and release the clamp.   

The ICTCS 2 is ideal for larger embroidery designs. The larger windows allow designs up to 5.5" x 7" on tote bags, computer cases, left chest on canvas jackets, blankets, duffle bags, etc.

  The ICTCS 3 is the larger version of a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows.  However, at this time we only have the largest window available.  The window size is 13" x 9".

The ICTCS 3 is ideal for larger embroidery designs. The larger windows allow you to do designs that are currently difficult.  You will be able to do beach towels, entry rugs, bath mats, car mats, shower curtains, etc.

The ICTCS 3 is a direct drive rail mounted interface because of the size. At this time it is only available for the HCD embroidery machine.

The largest Hooptech clamp available,  includes the 13" x 9" window.
For the HCD only ( bolts directly to the sash, no tubular arms required )

Adhesive Tearaway Backings - Continuous Roll
PNT 10x25 - 1 Oz Adhesive Tearaway 10" x 25 yd roll White Continuous roll  (non-perforated) with release paper for use with Hooptech Quick Change or Fast Frames. Adhesive backing Eliminates the need for water activated adhesive stabilizers or spray adhesives. *

* Please use Hookwash  on a regular basis when using a sticky backing. If you are not using Hookwash as a part of your regular maintenance, expect a build up of adhesive residue in your rotary hook, which will cause service issues.
HOOKWASH   Lubricant / Solvent spray for removing residual adhesive from needle & rotary hook from use of sticky backings or adhesive sprays. Spray on new rotary hooks to remove preserving oil before regular oiling.

 Here is an appliance that will let you embroider directly on to a dog collar or karate belt. This frame will work with any Happy machine with a 360mm ( 14 inch ) needle distance.
